This is a tasting class that will cover the greatest teas in my collection; a truly hedonistic sensory adventure though mountain fields, prehistoric oceans, haute patisseries, etc. This level of tea is absolutely incredible — it’s deeply moving in a way words fail to convey and has to be experienced to be believed. There is a reason people commit their lives to studying things like wine, whiskey, and coffee; teas like this are the reason why people study tea. The teas used in the level 3 odyssey are subject to change, but you could expect to drink among the highest tier of silver needles, gyokuro, jin jun mei, bi luo chun, phoenix oolong, and puerh that exist and learn a lot about them along the way.

Tasting class level 3 should be experienced at a relaxed pace where room for side conversations and sharing experiences is abundant. I recommend to set aside at least 4 hours of time, but I wouldn’t recommend a customer to embark on this journey with less than 3 hours.

The cost of this class covers up to 6 people, but for 7-12 participants, two of these courses should be purchased.
